ORDERING MERCHANDISE WHERE SIZE AND FIT ARE IMPORTANT
Be sure to measure your Artwork carefully, and in the case of Strongboxes refer to the maximum Frame sizes we recommend when selecting item numbers. We do not accept returns requested because of SIZE and FIT problems.
We are happy to provide you with several different shipping options and their respective costs. Most items can ship via FedEx Ground, an economical and reliable way to deliver our products to your commercial or residential address. We also offer FedEx Express Service (2 Day, 3 Day, and Overnight) for items in which delivery is time sensitive. If you'd prefer, we can charge your FedEx or UPS account directly for the cost of shipping. Just provide us with your account number when you are placing your order. Depending on the number and size of the items you are ordering, it may be more economical to ship to your address via truck (LTL). When placing an order, please let us know which option you'd prefer.

A WORD ABOUT DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT
Shipping charges for larger sized FedEx shipments will be calculated based on dimensional weight. This is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. Dimensional weight is determined by multiplying together the length, width and height (inches) of your package. If this number is less than 5,184 (cubic inches), the shipping charges for the package will be based on its actual weight. If the number is greater than 5,184, divide it by 194 to determine the dimensional weight.
For example, the 3542L Strongbox actually weighs 14# however, shipping charges will be based on its dimensional weight of 34#.
For more information on dimensional weight, please refer to FedEx.com.
