PRODUCT GUARANTEE
      If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 800-922-5522, within 10 days of receipt, to discuss the problem. Our objective is your complete satisfaction.

PRIVACY GUARANTEE
      Masterpak does not share your name or purchase information with anyone. We have never rented or exchanged our Mail List. If we ever do, you would be given an option to "opt out" ahead of time.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
      All merchandise leaves our warehouse in first class condition and properly packed for shipment.

If you receive items damaged in transit by Fedex or DHL, immediately make note of the damage on all delivery receipts or freight bills, save all packing materials (box, tape, filler, etc.) and call the carrier with the tracking number from the address label and request an inspection report. Then call us at 1-800-922-5522 about obtaining replacement  merchandise and arranging returns. If at all possible, please take these steps the same day you receive the merchandise.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE
      Any merchandise being returned must have a Return  Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please call 1-800-922-5522 for an RMA# and return instructions the same day you receive the merchandise if at all possible. If you cannot do this the same day as the merchandise is received, be sure to do it within 10 days.
